Leftchannel partnered with Encore Capital Management for The Rise Hollywood, a premium apartment community in the heart of Hollywood. Tasked with fulfilling the public art set aside requirements, we focused on creating a digital art installation that would both complement the architecture and enrich the resident experience.
Our challenge was to design an experiential design artwork that resonated with Hollywood’s essence and the property’s connection to nature and the neighborhood. Leveraging SNA Displays’ innovative trapezoidal LED screen, we crafted film inspired modules blending natural elements and cinematic themes, a tribute to Hollywood’s film legacy.
This experiential installation not only aligns with the property’s outdoor harmony but also adds a dynamic layer to its identity. The flexibility of digital storytelling allows Encore Capital Management to periodically refresh the content, ensuring ongoing engagement and relevance.
The installation, a synthesis of public art and commercial real estate digital art, offers a unique feature for The Rise, receiving positive feedback from residents and guests alike.
